Gateway Mall is strategically situated in close proximity to the JKIA, Syokimau Railway Station, the busy Great North Road, and the Northern Bypass. Fitted with secure security systems the mall provides an all in one shopping experience. The mall boasts of an ample parking that can host over 500 cars spaces at ago, 4 banks, forex bureaus, laundry shop, pharmacy, eat outs and spas.

 

The Ultimate Train experience in Nairobi

Catch a train to town at the Syokimau Railway station as you find out the underlying story behind the Syokimau Railway Station. Take a train adventure to Nairobi CBD at a very small price of Ksh.40-Ksh 60 or so. It is also a great way to escape the traffic in the ever hectic Mombasa Road. The train leaves Syokimau to Nairobi at 0655hrs and 0905hrs and then departs Nairobi to Syokimau at 0805hrs, 1755hrs and 1955hrs

Visit Nairobi National Park

Discover the world’s wildlife capital right within a few minutes exit from Syokimau. Nairobi National Park is the only National park that borders a capital city and is less than 10km from the center of Syokimau. This park can only be described with two words; quiet and serene! It very hard to believe that you’re still in Nairobi when you enter this park. It is home to rare black rhinos which were moved here from elsewhere to save them from poachers. In addition to these, you will find rhinos, lions, leopards, hyenas, ostriches, zebras, antelopes, and in the southern part of live crocodiles.

Take the Fastest Train to Mombasa and Back

Looking to have a fantastic train experience to Mombasa from Syokimau, it will only take you 4 hrs or so to get to the warm city of Mombasa, the train is one of a kind, with state of the art facilities. It’s one of the most modern trains launched recently across sub-Saharan Africa, assuring a safe, efficient & convenient travel to Kenya’s second largest city. At the moment, you can only book your ticket at the station, choose from the two different classes available; the first class and the economy, both of which you can order refreshments at a small cost. You will enjoy site seeing on your way as you pass through the rough terrains of Taru Desert, greenery forests of Mtito Andei and the vast Tsavo National parks, with limitless possibilities of seeing wild animals. A single ticket will cost you 700 to 3000 Kenya shillings depending on the class you are flying.
